About Archetype Coffee Little Bohemia
Archetype Coffee on South 13th Street is an Omaha specialty coffee café in Little Bohemia, owned by 2023 US Barista Champion Isaiah Sheese.
The 3,200-square-foot shop also houses Archetype's roastery, with a 10-kilo Proaster, and its Danish-modern interior was inspired by a trip to Scandinavia. Espresso runs on a custom three-group Synesso MVP Hydra, filter coffee on a Marco SP9 and batch brewers, and small-batch single origins are sold to take home. Archetype's original café is in the Blackstone district, and a third operates at Millwork Commons.
