About ACOFFEE
ACOFFEE is a Collingwood, Melbourne specialty coffee roaster that Byoung-Woo Kang started in 2016 in Port Melbourne.
It began as a wholesale roaster closed to the public. Kang began roasting at Market Lane Coffee in 2009. He later opened the Collingwood café with the Bench Coffee team, including co-owner Joshua Crasti, in a garage on Sackville Street renovated by Crasti and his father. ACOFFEE now roasts on site there, more lightly than is typical, and serves the coffee from an island espresso bench alongside matcha, a seasonal juice and pastries from Cobb Lane. Beans are sold to take home.
