About Evie's Redfern
Little Evie on Bourke Street is a Redfern, Sydney specialty coffee café that roasts its own coffee and features one single origin each week.
It is known for breakfast, with free-range eggs and local produce: scrambled eggs with lemon myrtle-cured salmon, a chorizo and halloumi plate and ricotta pancakes, plus halloumi and egg rolls to take away. It opens daily from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., with a licence from 10 a.m. Time Out included it in its 2024 Sydney coffee guide.
