About Cartel Roasting Co
Cartel Roasting Co. at The Camby is a Phoenix specialty coffee café inside The Camby hotel in the Biltmore area.
It is run by Cartel, a community-owned Arizona roaster.
The café serves Cartel's own roasts, such as the Afternoon Delight half-caff blend and a Kenya Kiangoi AA from Kirinyaga, and takes order-ahead pickup. It opens daily from 5 a.m. to 4 p.m. Cartel runs more than a dozen cafés across Phoenix, Tempe, Scottsdale and Tucson.
