About Padre Coffee Paddington
Padre Coffee on Glenmore Road is the Paddington, Sydney specialty coffee café of the Melbourne roaster Padre, its first shop in Sydney.
A built-to-order Slayer V3 machine and four grinders handle the seasonal espresso blends and single origins, and two self-serve taps pour hot filter and cold brew. Pastries and bread come from Staple, Portuguese tarts from Tuga, and cookies from Cut Lunch Deli. Beans, filter bags, pods and brewing gear from Comandante grinders to Breville machines are sold.
