About Tautona Coffee
Tautona Coffee Rokubo Roastery is the roasting base and specialty coffee shop of Oita's Tautona Coffee, in Rokubo Kitamachi.
The 11-seat shop sells the roaster's single origins and blends, which can all be tasted before purchase, and serves drip coffee, espresso drinks such as cappuccino, and pastries. Wi-Fi and power outlets are available. Founder Shuhei Yamashita opened Tautona in 2012 after training at Kyoto's Ogawa Coffee, and the shop also sells commercial coffee equipment.
