About LIGHT UP COFFEE Mitaka
LIGHT UP COFFEE Mitaka is the roastery and café of a specialty coffee roaster in Mitaka, west of central Tokyo. The building houses the brand's roasting operation alongside a 20-seat café.
Visitors can drink LIGHT UP's own light-roasted single origins as filter or espresso while the next batches are roasted, and pick up beans straight from the source. It is a short bus ride from Mitaka or Kichijoji stations, and the café opens Wednesday to Sunday from 9am to 6pm.
