About Nie Pytaj
Nie Pytaj is a specialty coffee café on Skupiona in the Kurczaki estate of Górna, Łódź, opened in 2019 by Paulina and Justyna.
The name translates as Don't Ask. Paulina, who worked at another Łódź café before, looks after the coffee and bakes the cheesecakes and tarts, while Justyna handles the savoury side of the menu, which has included shakshuka, banana bread with ricotta and baked challah with egg and Parma ham. The room sits in a residential building, well away from the city centre, and is full of plants, with raw plaster, brick, pipe lamps the owners made themselves above the bar, and swing chairs hanging at the tables. Dogs are welcome.
