About The Brick Coffee Factory
The Brick Coffee Factory is a specialty coffee café at Piotrkowska 136 in central Łódź, one of two the company runs on the same street.
The Brick has worked only with specialty coffee since 2016. It started as a small shop near OFF Piotrkowska and grew into two cafés with glass walls looking onto Piotrkowska, the other at number 63. Alongside espresso, the baristas brew on alternative methods, with AeroPress, syphon, drip and Chemex mentioned in reviews, plus cold brew and nitro and plant-based milks. Food is kept simple, with cakes and cookies, and travel mugs and other coffee accessories are on sale. It opens from eight every day, until nine on Fridays and Saturdays, with wifi, seats outside and step-free access, and dogs are welcome.
