About Coffeehood
Coffeehood is a specialty coffee roaster and small café at Księży Młyn in Łódź, set in the historic Scheibler warehouse complex since 2019.
The team roasts on Polish-made Coffed drum roasters and keeps to light roasts and single origins only, buying green coffee from European importers such as Falcon Specialty, Cafe Imports and Atessa. Espresso coffees score above 82 points and filter coffees 84 or more. The bar serves espresso and milk drinks, pour-over, batch brew and cold brew, with decaf and plant-based milks, and pastries come from the Słodka Przędza patisserie and, at weekends, the Okruchy microbakery. There is wifi, seats outside, and children and dogs are welcome. It is closed on Mondays.
