About The Coffee
The Coffee Chiado is a branch of the Brazilian specialty coffee chain The Coffee on Calçada do Duque, between Chiado and Rossio in Lisbon. Its focus is single-origin pour-over, with a Peru served hot or iced, alongside batch brew, a strong macchiato and plant milks. Staff steer guests toward the single origins rather than default orders. Beans come from the brand's own roastery in Curitiba.
