About sommarlek coffee HORAGASHIMA
sommarlek coffee roaster is a specialty coffee shop and roastery in Kochi. Owner Yoshitaka Isobe trained at Obscura Coffee Roasters in Tokyo, opened this Dogashimacho shop in 2019 and moved roasting to the site in 2021.
Isobe roasts on a direct-fire machine and rotates single origins every two to three months alongside a medium-dark house blend. Pour-overs are made with Simplify equipment. Thursdays can also be closed irregularly. Beans are sold at the counter for home brewing.
