About Clementine
ACADEMIA is a coffee and breakfast bar on Akadēmijas iela in central Jelgava that serves specialty coffee roasted by KALVE.
The bar pours KALVE coffee as its house roast and brings in a different guest roaster each month, which gives regulars a rotating second option on the menu. Breakfast is the main food offer, making it a morning stop near the old university quarter. It is one of the few venues in Jelgava that names its roaster and describes its coffee as specialty.
