About Ritual Coffee Roasters
Ritual Coffee Roasters on Churchill Park Drive is an Invermay, Launceston specialty coffee roastery and coffee bar.
Customers can watch the small-batch roasting while they drink. It serves and sells its own blends, Strongman, Amelia, Seasonal and Decaf, along with single origins. The roastery opens 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on weekdays; on Saturdays Ritual sells at Harvest Market on Cimitiere Street. Ritual started as a small farmers' market stall, and Discover Tasmania's January 2026 guide to Launceston coffee lists the roastery first.
