About Highroad
Highroad on Woolley Street is a Dickson, Canberra specialty coffee café created as a passion project of the roaster ONA Coffee.
It was co-founded by chef Jerome Felix, who also co-founded The Cupping Room. Its design draws on Canberra's landscapes, and the food uses local Australian ingredients. ONA, founded in 2008 by 2015 World Barista Champion Saša Šestić, roasts the coffee in Canberra. Region Canberra's 2025 guide also lists it. Tourism Australia included Highroad in its September 2025 guide to Canberra's coffee shops.
