Specialty coffee in Luxembourg

Specialty coffee in Luxembourg is a young scene centred on Luxembourg City, supported by a handful of local roasters such as Feierboun, founded in 2020. Feierboun Coffeeroasters, based in Bascharage, roasts single origins and blends and runs a specialty coffee shop, also selling espresso machines, grinders and brewing equipment. Jolt Coffee and Knopes are the other names on the roasting side.

Luxembourg City holds most of the cafés listed here and two of the country's roasters. Esch-sur-Alzette in the south has a café with its own roaster, and Strassen and Vianden each have a specialty café.

Expect espresso and filter at the specialty bars, and roaster-run cafés as the main way to taste Luxembourg-roasted coffee.
