About Time. Copenhagen

Time Copenhagen is a specialty coffee bar on Meldahlsgade in Copenhagen that serves coffees used at national and world barista competitions. The selection is chosen by Hojat Mousavi, Danish Barista Champion 2026.

Single-origin lots from Panama, Colombia and Kenya make up the menu, and European Coffee Trip lists Bugan Coffee Lab of Bergamo as the roaster. Espresso and filter are both on offer, with plant-based milks, and the coffee is described as experimental and changing daily. Beans can also be bought online. The bar opens every day from 9:00 to 16:00, a tasting stop rather than a place for a full meal.
