About Saftig Kaffe
Saftig Kaffe is a nano-roastery and specialty coffee brew bar on Prinsesse Charlottes Gade in Nørrebro, Copenhagen. Roaster Jonas Uglvig Feddersen works on a single Aillio Bullet and roasts light, sourcing directly from farmers who run processing experiments such as sleeping-bag naturals.
The name is Danish for juicy, and the coffees are chosen to taste that way, with an omni roast meant to work for both filter and espresso. Batch coffee is brewed on an Orea dripper and espresso on a lever machine, served at a communal table with a little extra seating and some outdoor space. The bar opened in 2025 and keeps limited weekend hours so the roasting can continue, which makes it a destination for funky, fermentation-led lots.
