About Original Coffee
Original Coffee Stubkaj is a specialty coffee bar at Stubkaj 7H in Nordhavn, Copenhagen, on the ground floor close to the water. The surroundings are bright and modern, surrounded by Nordhavn's new modern buildings, and the café looks out over the harbour front.
The beans come from the company's own roastery at Bag Elefanterne in Carlsberg Byen, and the pastries from its bakery in a former Kødbyen slaughterhouse. The bar covers espresso, flat white and filter coffee, with organic baked goods to go with them. It is a calm stop for residents and anyone walking the Nordhavn quays. Original Coffee started in 2010 as Rolling Coffee, with childhood friends Nikolaj and Philip selling coffee from bikes, and took its current name in 2012.
