About Komuna Coffee x Arturel SILENT CLUB
Komuna Coffee x Arturel SILENT CLUB is a Mexican specialty coffee bar and showroom on Bredgade in Copenhagen's Indre By. Komuna sources green coffee directly from small producers in Veracruz, Oaxaca, Chiapas and Puebla and roasts it in Copenhagen, tying each coffee to a welfare or sustainability project in Mexico.
All six coffees on the list can be ordered as pour-over or espresso, every shot is weighed, and nothing is brewed ahead. The range runs from washed lots to honey and natural processes, including a Pocitos natural with 72-hour fermentation. Food stays simple, with a bun and cheese or a concha. The room doubles as a showroom for six Scandinavian design brands, and everything on display is for sale. It opens from Wednesday to Sunday.
