About Impact Roasters

Impact Roasters' Langgade Station café, at Valby Langgade 128, is a specialty coffee café and roastery inside the station in Valby, Copenhagen. Falstaff describes it as the place where Ethiopian-born Daniel Halalla, who helped roast from the age of five, brings his homeland's coffee culture to Copenhagen.

Impact Roasters opened in 2017 and buys from small-scale farms in southern Ethiopia, with half of the profits going back to social projects in the coffee-growing regions there. This branch stays open until six every day, and there is outdoor seating when the weather allows. Falstaff's Coffee Guide Nordics 2026 gave the coffee 39 of 40 points. A second Valby café sits at Valby Station on Mellemtoftevej.
