About Holy Bean Coffee & Cocktails
Holy Bean Coffee & Cocktails is a specialty coffee and cocktail bar on Ravnsborggade in Nørrebro, Copenhagen, run by the Funen micro-roastery Holy Bean. The beans come from Holy Bean Coffee Roasters, which works out of a former power station in Aarup and roasts light, taking the espresso slightly darker so it holds up with milk. The range spans single-farm and single-cooperative lots as well as blends.
The owners never set out to open a big café. Espresso and filter coffee run through the day with breakfast in the morning, and on Fridays and Saturdays the bar stays open late for cocktails. The roastery also teaches barista, latte art and home-brewing courses in Copenhagen, and Falstaff featured the bar in its Favorite Nordic Cafés 2026 list.
