Jovial - Prăjitorie cafea specialitate is a specialty coffee roaster and café on Strada Mircea cel Bătrân in central Constanța.
Jovial roasts 100% Arabica in small batches to order, with the roast date printed on every bag, using coffees from Ethiopia, Burundi and Colombia bought through importers with direct farm links. Each origin gets its own profile for espresso, for filter brewing on V60, Chemex or AeroPress, or an omni-roast for both. Its line: freshness is the one thing good coffee cannot make up for. The café serves espresso, V60 and batch brew, and Jovial supplies cafés and offices across Romania.
