Terra is one of our Profiles - two taste profiles we keep constant year-round. Terra is the deeper cup: soft chocolate, depth, and body.
Coffee Expression: This blend brings together two lots from Brazil and Ethiopia, with chocolate notes, great sweetness, and a soft, ripe fruit character. Suited for a comfortable filter brew, a sweet and round espresso, or milk drinks.

Profiles: Terra and Luna are constants, but the coffees behind them are not. A profile is built from rotating lots of different origins, harvests, and producers. Sometimes it's a blend, sometimes a single lot, but always combined to hold a consistent character cup after cup.
Terra consists of two lots: a natural Brazil lot and a natural Ethiopia or El Salvador lot, sometimes combined into a single larger lot.
Santa Cecilia: This natural Paraiso MG2 lot is produced by Geraldo Miranda at Santa Cecilia Farm in the Chapada de Minas region of northern Minas Gerais, Brazil.
Danche: This natural lot was processed at SNAP Coffee's washing station in the village of Danche, located in the Chelbesa area, close to Yirgacheffe.
