From the roaster
The return of the Acevedo family to our lineup, with a washed Geisha from Daisy and Freddy's project 'El Encanto'.
Coffee Expression: Bright and complex lemongrass and jasmine florals, followed by crisp citrus in the cup, balanced by soft floral honey.
Producer: We purchased coffee from Daisy's father Gustavo twice in the past. Daisy is a biologist, and conserves several rare native species on the farm.
