Blend
Luna is one of our Profiles - two taste profiles we keep constant year-round. Luna is the brighter cup: aromatic fruit, brightness, and clarity.
Coffee Expression: This blend brings together two lots from Kenya and Peru, with fresh fruit, bright acidity, and a deep, integrated sweetness. Suited for espresso, smaller espresso and milk drinks, or batch brew.
Whole Bean Coffee / Both for filter and espresso
Profiles: Terra and Luna are constants, but the coffees within each profile are not. A profile is built from rotating lots of different origins, harvests, and producers. Sometimes it's a blend, sometimes a single lot, but always combined to hold a consistent character cup after cup.
Kii: Grown by smallholders surrounding the town of Ngariama, on the slopes of Mount Kenya in northeastern Kirinyaga.
Rutas del Inca: Produced by smallholder members of the Rutas del Inca cooperative in the Cajamarca region of Peru. This lot is composed of the work of several of these producers, most of which grow Caturra and Catuai and has bright delicate and sweet notes of orange, lemon and dried apricot.
