About SEEKER coffee
Seeker Coffee on Railway Parade is a Cabramatta, Sydney specialty coffee café run by Jimmy Truong at the entrance to Cabramatta Plaza.
It occupies a former real estate agency and is known for creative drink specials and an off-menu Seeker Coffee. Food centres on thick-cut shokupan with a choice of toppings, and deli-style sandos were planned. Broadsheet included Seeker in a 2025 round-up of new Sydney specialty coffee shops.
