About Velikán

Velikán is a specialty coffee café on Živnostenská in Bratislava's Staré Mesto, close to Freedom Square and a short walk from the Old Town.

The room is relaxed and minimalist, with a wall of coffee art as its centrepiece. Beans have come from Nomad, the Barcelona roaster, including an espresso from El Salvador producer Carlos Pola served as a piccolo with almond and date notes. Alongside espresso there is V60 filter, batch brew and cold brew, with decaf and alternative milks. An all-day brunch menu with vegan options runs next to the coffee, and free wifi and laptop-friendly seating make it a practical place to work. There is outdoor seating, and children and dogs are welcome.
