About Kaviareň Goriffee v TU-BA
Kaviareň Goriffee v TU-BA is a specialty coffee café run by the Bratislava roaster Goriffee, in the TU-BA building on Štúrova in Staré Mesto.
Goriffee has roasted specialty coffee for more than eleven years, roasting every week and stressing traceability and direct relationships with farmers. Its flagship roastery café is on Košická, and this Štúrova branch brings the same beans to a central spot, served as espresso, V60, batch brew and cold brew, with decaf and plant-based milks. The baristas also prepare specialty tea. Wifi and laptop space make it workable, and children and dogs are welcome. It opens from eight on weekdays and from nine on Saturdays.
