Prevail Union in Birmingham is a downtown specialty coffee café on the ground floor of Shipt Tower, run by the Alabama roaster Prevail Coffee.
The café serves Prevail's own roasts as espresso and drip, including the Red Tail espresso blend, the Farmer's Daughter blend and single origins such as Costa Rica San Roque. Bags are sold to take home. Prevail runs other Prevail Union cafés in Alabama, including one in Montgomery.
