The White Bear Coffee Żelazna is a specialty coffee café on Żelazna in the Piaski area of Białystok, the city where the chain was founded in 2019.
The White Bear Coffee roasts its own beans at a roastery in Białystok, which supplies this café and the rest of the network, now spread by franchise across smaller and mid-sized Polish towns. Co-owner Łukasz Kaliciński describes the idea as specialty coffee and attentive service in a strongly designed interior, so that a visit does not feel like a typical chain stop. The Żelazna café opens early, at half past seven on weekdays and eight at weekends, and stays open until nine in the evening.
