About Fly High Coffee
Fly High Coffee is a specialty coffee café on Lipowa in central Białystok, opened in 2017 by Magda and Wojtek.
The head barista selects the coffees, writes the brewing recipes and trains the team, and the café has run pop-up events with Kofimatik, a local roastery. Breakfasts are served every day, along with pastries and cakes made in house. The baristas make a point of talking guests through what is in the cup, whether it is someone's first specialty coffee or a regular order. Lipowa is the original Fly High Coffee; a second café on Kilińskiego followed and added lunch to the menu.
