About Exchange Coffee
Exchange Coffee on Vardon Avenue is an Adelaide specialty coffee café in the CBD, supplied by Melbourne roaster Market Lane since 2013.
It serves a seasonal espresso blend and single origins chosen daily, as espresso, batch brew and Tricolate filter. The menu includes chive waffles with beetroot-cured salmon, baked eggs with red lentil dal and the signature Wallace sandwich, with vegetarian and vegan versions. Exchange ranked 37th in the inaugural edition of an annual global ranking of coffee shops in 2025. It opens early.
