About Anniversary Cafe
Kimame Coffee (樹豆珈琲) is a specialty coffee roastery on the Yokkaichi shopping street in Usa, northern Oita, run by Daisuke Kumai.
Kumai, formerly a civil engineer, started roasting at home in 2016 and moved here in 2020; since 2021 he has roasted on a 6 kg GIESEN. He keeps single origins from a range of countries and processing methods, brewed on pour-over drippers from 550 yen, and sells beans from 100 g. There is sofa seating.
