About Fusy
Fusy is a specialty coffee café on Świętego Antoniego in the centre of Włocławek, named after the Polish word for coffee grounds.
The bar works with three Polish roasters: Serce Kawy from Bydgoszcz, Runty Roaster from Wrocław and Good Coffee Micro Roasters from Warsaw. Coffee comes as espresso, V60, batch brew and cold brew, with decaf and plant-based milks. Breakfast and lunch are served, with vegan options. There is wifi and space for a laptop, seats outside, step-free access, and children and dogs are welcome. It opens at half past seven on weekdays and at nine on Saturdays, and is closed on Sundays.
