Sip Lab is a specialty coffee bar on Carrer de Pelai in Valencia's Extramurs, close to the city centre. The brew bar covers espresso, V60 pour-over, batch brew and cold brew, with plant-based milks for milk drinks. Breakfast and lunch are served, so it works for a full morning as much as for a quick cup.
Free wifi and laptop-friendly seating make it a practical remote-work option, and it is step-free and welcoming to kids and dogs. Hours vary through the week, with a midday pause on some days and mornings only on Fridays and Saturdays, and it closes on Sundays.
