Bandit Coffee Co. on Central Avenue is a Grand Central specialty coffee café and roaster in St. Petersburg, open since 2015.
Bandit roasts its coffee in St. Petersburg every Tuesday and ships it on Wednesdays. The espresso bar pours roasts such as the Bandit Staple Blend, a Bolivia Copacabana, an Ethiopia Duromina, a half-caf blend and a Colombian decaf, and a full kitchen serves food all day. The café opens daily from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., and the shop keeps a no-WiFi policy.
