About Café Skjalms Garden
Café Skjalms Garden is a weekend café on Akademigrunden in Sorø, run with Guerilla Coffee Company's own roastery and serving its specialty coffee. It sits among old trees and historic academy buildings.
Guerilla Coffee roasts in small batches, and the café serves those coffees with light snacks, cakes and cold drinks, adding ice when the weather allows. Opening hours are Saturday and Sunday from 11 to 16, which makes it a weekend destination for walks around the academy grounds and the lake rather than a weekday commute stop. The space can also be booked for birthdays, weddings and confirmations.
