Slab Coffee in the Royal Group Building on Phillip Street is a Singapore specialty coffee bar at Raffles Place that began inside the members' club 33Club.
Its Keystone espresso blend combines beans from Brazil, Colombia and Rwanda, with notes of plum, hazelnut, caramel and dark chocolate, and seasonal filter coffees from small lots start at $8. Food includes bacon and egg rolls, toasties and croissants. It opens on weekdays from 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and is closed at weekends.
