About BARISTART COFFEE
BARISTART COFFEE x MACHIKACI is a specialty coffee café in Sapporo near Tanukikoji station, opened in June 2025. It comes from the Hokkaido milk-focused Baristart brand and serves espresso drinks and iced coffee, with cinnamon-butter waffles and baked goods.
The second-floor room has counter and sofa seating. Baristart is known for lattes made with milk from named Hokkaido farms. The original Baristart stand on Minami 1-jo has an unconfirmed status on Tabelog, and the brand lists its Sapporo shop as under construction.
