About Lauget
Lauget is a coffee bar and café in Sandane, Gloppen, serving specialty coffee from Solberg & Hansen along with homemade baking and lunch dishes. It opened in 2016, started by two sisters who moved back to their home village, and has baristas with Norwegian championship experience.
Hand-brewed coffee is available alongside espresso drinks, and brewing equipment is sold in the shop. The kitchen focuses on organic and locally sourced produce, with lactose-free and gluten-free options. Lauget now operates from Grandavegen 28 and has long doubled as a cultural venue hosting concerts and events.
