About büro bobo
büro bobo is a small specialty coffee bar on Coolhavenstraat in the Delfshaven district of Rotterdam.
The space measures around 15 square metres and works as a concept store that brings together interior design, espresso and filter coffee, and natural wine. The owner, an architectural designer, built the interior, which is minimalist and warm at the same time. Coffee rotates between European roasters; a 2025 blog post found Prolog from Copenhagen, Schot from Rotterdam and Sprout from Eindhoven. Espresso, V60, batch brew and cold brew are served, with breakfast and plant-based milks. Listed hours are short, Tuesday and Wednesday from nine until half past three.
