About Yellow Bourbon Coffee Roastery & Store
Yellow Bourbon Coffee Roastery is a family-run specialty coffee roaster in Faro's old town, roasting in-house for its own store and bistro.
Founder Pollyane dos Reis runs the business with her family. Beans are sourced from established coffee regions and roasted on a machine in the back of the store on Rua Baptista Lopes, where retail bags, including Brazilian and Colombian coffees, are sold alongside teas.
The roastery supplies the family's bistro on Rua Vasco da Gama, and a coffee and tea concept, Madame Bourbon, was announced for Quinta do Lago in summer 2026.
