True Stone Coffee Roasters is a Saint Paul specialty coffee roaster founded in 2003 by Bruce and Charlene Olson.
It roasts in a converted canning factory on Prior Avenue.
It started as a small café on Cleveland Avenue and now supplies cafés across the Twin Cities. Its lineup includes the medium-roast True Stone Blend and a dark Euro Blend, a Twin Cities espresso bundle, a dark-roast discovery set and cold brew concentrate. The roaster also packages a coffee shop starter kit for new businesses.
Cafés pouring True Stone include Bordertown Coffee in Dinkytown, Yellowbird Coffee Bar, Jensen's Cafe, Isles Bun & Coffee, Makwa Coffee and The Hilltop.
