About Trevo Coffee Roastery
Trevo Coffee Roastery is a small mountain specialty coffee roaster in Bezau in the Bregenzerwald, roasting under the line Roasted in the Alps.
It names itself the third-place finisher at the 2024 World Coffee Roasting Championship and is certified organic, with coffees such as Chelchele and the Brigantium blend carrying the bio label. Its lineup draws on Congo, Guatemala, Brazil, Ethiopia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Colombia and Kenya, and wholesale orders are roasted on demand. Trevo is a member of SCA Austria and Slow Food Austria, and its café in Bezau opens on Fridays and Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
