Verona specialty coffee roaster Garage Coffee Bros. has roasted its coffee in the city since 2018.
Master roaster Davide Cobelli roasts each batch on a Giesen and tastes it with the team; the site lists him as Italian Roasting Champion 2020, seventh at the 2022 world championship and runner-up in Italy in 2023. Each coffee carries a house GCB Score and a published farmgate price paid to the producer. Current coffees include Gesha lots from Las Flores and El Diviso in Colombia, Chelbesa from Yirgacheffe and a Tres Cielos decaf, plus blends and capsules. The roastery runs its BASƎ store in Verona, already on Vereda, and supplies cafés through a wholesale programme.
