About Tokado Coffee（白木原本店）
Tokado Coffee (豆香洞コーヒー) is a specialty coffee roaster based in Onojo, just south of Fukuoka.
It was founded in 2008 by Naoki Goto, winner of the 2013 World Coffee Roasting Championship. The company roasts beans from Ethiopia, Indonesia, Colombia and other origins, and describes its goal as fragrant coffee with a clean, defect-free taste. More than 15 coffees, including blends and single origins from medium-light to dark, are typically on offer.
Beans are sold at the Shirakibaru main store and at the Hakata Riverain Mall store, and shipped nationwide from Fukuoka.
