About THE ROASTERY BY NOZY COFFEE
NOZY COFFEE is a Tokyo specialty coffee roaster known for single-origin coffee, now roasting at THE ROASTERY BY NOZY COFFEE on Cat Street in Shibuya. The roastery is run with the Tysons restaurant group.
Nozy originally roasted at its own shop in Shimouma, Setagaya, which offered eight single origins including a decaf, before moving roasting to the Harajuku roastery. Its original café closed in December 2019.
The Harajuku roastery rotates two single origins daily for espresso drinks, serves espresso in a champagne glass, and sells coffee soft serve alongside NY Rings pastries.
