STELLIUM COFFEE is an Oita specialty coffee roaster run by Demian Bedran, originally from Sweden, since July 2024.
Bedran roasts in small batches on an Aillio Bullet R1 V2 and favors practical, cost-effective equipment over expensive setups. He sells specialty beans by weight, from 150 g, at his shop and at mobile sales events around the city.
The shop also serves hand drip and espresso drinks at a counter he built himself, and opening days are announced monthly on Instagram.
