About Pražarna
Pražarna is a Ljubljana specialty coffee roaster on Dunajska cesta that began as a roastery and later added a café where its coffee can be tasted.
It runs three roasting machines, two sample roasters and one production roaster, and roasts beans from Ethiopia, Brazil, Colombia, Guatemala and Kenya as single origins and blends, including the Blend me up coffee. Pražarna also makes biodegradable Nespresso-compatible capsules and custom-branded coffee bags for businesses. Cuppings are usually held on Fridays at 17:00, and the café serves espresso, filter and espresso tonic from Monday to Friday.
